    Contract

    Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation and subsequently a Shipping Confirmation.

    Product Availability

    All orders are subject to product availability. In cases where products are unavailable or out of stock, we may propose suitable substitute products. You have the choice to decline the substitute products, and any payment made will be reimbursed.

    Refusal to Process an Order

    We strive to process all orders; however, exceptional circumstances may lead us to refuse an order after sending the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to remove products or modify content from our website. Our liability is excluded for such actions.

    Delivery

    In continuation of the clause regarding product availability and unforeseen circumstances, we aim to dispatch the order, including the product(s), within the specified delivery date or an estimated time frame of up to 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. Delays may occur due to unforeseen situations or delivery zones.

    Delivery is considered complete once you or a designated third party takes physical possession of the goods and signs the delivery receipt at the specified address.

    Price and Payment

    While we strive for accurate pricing on the website, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified for a product you have ordered, we will promptly inform you and provide the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled, and you will be fully refunded.

    Prices on the website do not include Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties, cesses, or delivery charges. Prices may change without notice.

    Invoice

    An invoice will accompany the delivered products.

    Taxes

    All purchases made through the website are subject to applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, and cesses, as per prevailing regulations.
